Lesson 1.
For-get not the law of God, but let thy heart keep
his words; for length of days and long life shall they add
to thee : let not mer-ey and truth for-sake thee: bind them
a-bout thy neck; write them up-on the ta-ble of thy heart;
so shalt thou find fa-vour and good will, in the sight of
God and men.

Lesson 3.
Let not the fear of God de-part from thee; so shall it
be life to thy soul, and grace to thy neck; then shalt
thou walk in thy way safe-ly; when thou li-est down thou
shalt not be a-fraid; yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy
sleep shall be sweet; nei-ther shalt thou be'a-fraid of sud-

Lesson 4.
En-vy thou not the wick-ed, and choose none of their
ways, for they are an of-fence to tlie Lord; but his bless-ing
is with the good: the curse of the Lord is in the house of
the wick-ed; but he bless-eth the dwell-ing of the just;
he scorneth the scorners, but giv-eth grace un-to the
low-lv in heart. Ab-stain from words and deeds un-clean.
